The protection of your personal data is a priority for <\/span>Iana Khachaturova<\/b>, therefore, under Regulation No. 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016 (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data), we are pleased to communicate our Privacy Policy, which will inform you of the new rules applicable to the processing of your personal data, your rights, as well as informing you of how you can manage, directly and in a simple way, the respective consents.<\/span><\/p>\n

The rules set out in this Privacy Policy complement the provisions on the protection and processing of personal data set out in the \u201cGeneral Conditions of the store <\/span>www.vintagebyiana.pt<\/span>\u201d, which regulate the offer of our products and are duly announced on the website, being accepted by the Customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Your data will be processed by <\/span>Iana Khachaturova<\/b>, <\/span>Individual businesswoman<\/span> with registered office in <\/span>Tv. Venceslau de Morais 3, 2400-094 Leiria, Portugal<\/span>, registered under the tax identification number <\/span>286728796<\/span>,\u00a0(hereinafter referred to as <\/span>Vintage by Iana<\/b>).<\/span><\/p>\n

The company <\/span>Vintage by Iana<\/b> is responsible for the processing of your personal data, within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as<\/span> GDPR<\/b>).<\/span><\/p>\n

Within the scope of its activity, the <\/span>Vintage by Iana<\/b> will collect and process the personal data necessary for the sale and delivery process of the goods purchased by the Customer, in particular name, address, telephone number, email address, payment data, Internet Protocol (IP) address, tax identification number.<\/span><\/p>\n

Why do we process your information?<\/b><\/p>\n

Your personal data may be collected and processed by <\/span>Vintage by Iana<\/b> for the following purposes:<\/span><\/p>\n

a)<\/b>     compliance with legal obligations to which the <\/span>Vintage by Iana<\/b> is subject to, notably, invoicing of acquired goods;<\/span><\/p>\n

b) <\/b>    fulfillment of contractual obligations of the <\/span>Vintage by Iana<\/b> notably for the purposes of the logistical process of delivering purchased goods;<\/span><\/p>\n

c) <\/b>     contact and complaints management effects;<\/span><\/p>\n

Failure to provide personal data for the purposes set out in paragraphs a) and b) implies non-compliance on the part of the <\/span>Vintage by Iana<\/b>,<\/b> of contractual and legal obligations imposed on it, a situation that constitutes grounds for not concluding the purchase and sale contract by the <\/span>Vintage by Iana<\/b>,<\/b> without the right to any compensation or compensation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Furthermore, the lawfulness of the processing of personal data collected for the purpose set out in paragraph d) of the previous item is based on the consent given by the <\/span>Vintage by Iana<\/b> for the respective processing (cf. point a) of paragraph 1 of article 6 of the GDPR).<\/span><\/p>\n

How long do we keep your information?<\/b><\/p>\n

Without prejudice to legal, regulatory provisions or judicial determination to the contrary, the personal data collected will be kept only for the minimum period necessary for the purposes that motivated their collection or subsequent processing.<\/span><\/p>\n

The most relevant retention periods that we define for the purposes of using your personal data are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

Possibly, a <\/span>Vintage by Iana<\/b> You may have to share some of your personal data with other recipients, which include:<\/span><\/p>\n
